Economics & Compliance

ECONOMICS

Aligned, career grade upside

Competitive base + bonus geared to durable AUM growth—not deal by deal spiffs—and long term incentives that vest.

  • OTE: $300k–$600k at plan via KPI based bonuses (AUM growth, investor retention, event conversion)
  • LTIP: 10–50 bps of promote pool and/or bps on management fees, 3–4 year vesting
  • Base: $120k–$180k (experience and market dependent)
PLACEMENT VIA LICENSED CHANNELS

Work through the right agreements

Where permitted through a partner Broker Dealer or RIA, placement or solicitor compensation is paid under a selling/solicitor agreement with required disclosures.

  • Typical placement economics 1–2% of capital placed (structure varies)
  • Written selling/solicitor agreements; disclosures provided to investors
  • We do not pay transaction based comp to unregistered persons

We follow the SEC Marketing Rule and applicable FINRA/SEC guidance. Transaction based compensation is only paid through properly registered channels or embedded in W 2 roles compliant with issuer employee frameworks.

Pipelines We Prioritize

We prioritize pipelines that convert: COIs (CPAs & tax advisors), private wealth/RIAs, and entrepreneur networks. Each channel gets tailored enablement—CE-style briefings and co-branded memos for COIs; alt-sleeve integration, diligence access, and reporting calendars for RIAs; and founder-circle programming around liquidity events and peer dinners.

COIs: CPAs & Tax Advisory

Packaged briefing, CE‑style education, co‑branded memos

Private Wealth & RIAs

Alt sleeve integration, diligence access, reporting calendar.

Entrepreneur Networks
