Open Roles
Hiring across four tracks: Capital Formation (VP/SVP) to drive allocations and COI channels; Capital Partnerships (Director) to build CPA/RIA/family-office networks; Investor Relations Associate to run the investor journey; and Capital Markets Analyst to power underwriting and IC. Roles are Miami-based or remote/hybrid, require strong compliance, writing/analytics, and operational discipline. Compensation is competitive with base + bonus (and LTIP for senior roles).

Capital Formation (W-2)
Summary: Own a territory and book of relationships (HNW, RIAs, family offices). Drive allocations across multiple vehicles with disciplined pipeline math and weekly IC rhythm.
Responsibilities:
Requirements: 7+ yrs raising alternatives/private placements; $25M+ career raises; exceptional compliance hygiene; crisp writing & deck craft.
Location: Miami HQ (3250 Mary Street, Suite 306) or remote hub; travel as needed.
Comp & Upside: Base $120k–$180k; OTE $300k–$600k at plan via KPI based bonuses (AUM growth, investor retention, event conversion); LTIP 10–50 bps promote pool and/or bps on management fees (multi year vesting). (Ranges indicative; final offers vary by experience/market.)

Capital Partnerships (w-2)
Summary: Build and scale a network of CPAs, RIAs, and family offices; structure programs, disclosures, and cadence.
Responsibilities:
Requirements: 5–8 yrs in wealth/alternatives distribution; mastery of the SEC Marketing Rule (endorsements/solicitations); flawless documentation.
Location: Miami HQ (3250 Mary Street, Suite 306) or remote hub; travel as needed.
Comp & Upside: Base $90k–$140k; OTE $200k–$400k; LTIP 5–25 bps promote/fees (multi year vesting).

Capital Markets Analyst (W-2)
Summary: Underwriting support, sensitivity analysis, IC memos, market data, partner collateral.
Responsibilities:
Requirements: 2–5 yrs REPE/IB/credit; Excel/PowerPoint wizard; attention to detail.
Location: Miami HQ (3250 Mary Street, Suite 306) or remote hub; travel as needed.
Comp & Upside: Base $80k–$110k; bonus 15–35%; path to Sr. Analyst/Assoc.

Investor Relations Associate (W-2)
Summary: Make the investor journey smooth—data room, onboarding, statements, K 1s, quarterly letters.
Responsibilities:
Requirements: 3–6 yrs IR/ops in PE/RE; excellent writing; extreme organization.
Location: Miami HQ (3250 Mary Street, Suite 306) or remote hub; travel as needed.
Comp & Upside: Base $70k–$95k; bonus 15–40%; growth to Manager/Director track.

If you’re operating under a Broker Dealer or RIA, we structure selling/solicitor agreements with the required disclosures. Typical placement economics range ~1–2% of capital placed; structures vary by firm policy and product. We do not pay transaction based comp to unregistered persons

Segment 75–100 priority households/firms; 15–25 live intros; schedule 1–2 partner briefings; create $1–3M soft circled interest.
Day 31–60 Build
2–3 events executed; 35–50 qualified households in active diligence; $3–6M soft circled; IC cadence humming.
Day 61–90 Convert
$3–8M subscriptions closed (vehicle dependent); 2+ COIs formalized; referral flywheel started
