Partner Economics & Compliance


Three compliant paths: RIA/BD selling–solicitor agreements, SEC Marketing Rule–aligned solicitor/endorser arrangements, or a no-compensation introducer model. We follow firm policy and regulation (required disclosures, oversight, disqualification checks) and provide templated language with a link to full disclosures.
